Great topic Mehdi! For future studies you could probably do a Cross-cultural comparison with Asian context, to compare between high-context and low-context cultures. All the best.

Your topic is very interesting and should be carefully carried on away from general controversial models, espacially Hofstede's one. The work of D’Hiribarne (1989) may give you more intellectual deepness: "univers de sens". (D’Iribarne P. (1989), La logique de l’honneur, Paris, Seuil.) -
A defition of the "school" was missing for me. Is it Business Schools? or Colleges? or Universities?
