Andrea thank you for the feedback. I will explore the model suggested as I am not familiar with it. I recall you saying that you may have information to assist in the way forward. I would like the discussions to continue as I am working really hard to have an articl in a reputable journal.

I think you have something that interesting about your work but was casually referred to. It's the context that I think makes your findings unique. The individual level dynamic capabilities and orientation might be influenced by cultural, social norms and values that are reflective of the Caribbean context. Play on this more.....
