The proposal has evolved significantly and is now more focused on how AI-driven situated capabilities can enhance project governance. The candidate will conduct a comparative study and build on the theory of situated AI. The central assumption is that intelligence is not merely computational, but emerges through interaction with specific contexts. This perspective connects the use of AI to local project conditions and supports adaptive governance, where decisions evolve in response to unfolding realities rather than relying on static plans. It also enables the adjustment of protocols and the reallocation of resources before problems escalate. Furthermore, this approach helps bridge the gap between formal governance mechanisms and the lived reality of project teams, aligning AI-supported governance with the complexity and unpredictability of real project environments.
