Very interesting research that nears some of the work that I am doing. As such, I think that you have to focus on the Strategic Renewal literatura.
I have recently published a paper on the scalability of incumbent firms based on the case of NVIDIA that touches on strategic renewal that may help you develop your argument.
Vendrell-Herrero, F., Vaillant, Y., & Bustinza, O. F. (2025). Scalability in Incumbent Firms: The Case of Nvidia. Long Range Planning, 102540.
The following papers are other recommended literatura to take a look at:
Carnes, C.M., Chirico, F., Hitt, M.A., Huh, D.W., Pisano, V., 2017. Resource orchestration for innovation: Structuring and bundling resources in growth- and maturity-stage firms. Long Range Planning 50, 472–486. doi:10.1016/j.lrp.2016.07.003
Stampfl, G., Prügl, R., Osterloh, V., 2013. An explorative model of business model scalability. International Journal of Product Development 18. doi:10.1504/IJPD.2013.055014
Also, your research question is not well redacted. It should be a question, not a statement. It should represent the main question that your study is trying to answer. Taking time to formulate a good research question is important as it will serve as the beacon that guides you throughout your research and helps you avoid deviations and superfluous contents (effort). From your poster, I feel that your title is probably closer to a RQ and your RQ is closer to your title. Maybe something like “How are aerospace incumbents renewing their business models to…..”
I hope this helps!
